Gigi....

I watched He's just not that into you last night and I fell head over heels for Ginnifer Goodwin's character Gigi because she reminded me so much of me! A hopeless optimist who isn't embarrassed to show her vulnerability, even if it means occasionally appearing foolish. I would also kill for her wardrobe and her adorable apartment and that pink phone, oh that pink phone! If Gigi were real, we would be probably be inseparable. That or we'd kill each other since we were so much alike. Hm....I'm rethinking this whole scenario.....

Sweet dreams...

I moved in with the boy a couple of months ago and am just now finishing up my move (bows head in shame). Our apartment is nice and cozy and I love it but I still feel like I need to do some decorating to get rid of the bachelor pad vibe that lingers. How awesome would this bird banner made by this talented lady look in our bedroom? I love the matching bird pillows. Truly inspired.

Alone time...

The bf left early this morning for Missouri for two weeks for work and well, I'm sorta feeling like the girl below.

However, two weeks should be enough time to finish some projects I've put on the back burner. I have a couple of sewing projects, lot of cleaning and organizing and some needed face time with friends I haven't seen in a while, all this on top of my erratic work schedule. I do believe these next two weeks will fly right by.

Bangin'...

The other day, I got an e-mail with the news that every girl dreads....my hair stylist is moving out of state at the end of the month! Ah! What to do? Not that I'm particularly picky or anything (I've had green hair and leopard spots before) but it was nice to go to someone who knew what I wanted before I did.

I have one more appointment with L next week and I need to make it epic since it will be the last. I've been contemplating...drumroll, please.....Bangs! I haven't had bangs since 11th grade and something tells me, they will make me look like I'm in high school but look at these images and tell me you're not tempted as well.
