Neck to neck...

Who among us didn't fall a little more in love with Emily from Cupcakes and Cashmere after seeing her in her lovely tulle necklace made by her mom? Of coure, the girl is so gorgeous, she could rock a potato sack and make it look like expensive couture. I digress.

I was so taken by her necklace and the fact that it was homemade that I searched and searched for instructions on how to make my own.
