Anthropologie, You always take my breath away!

So, this weekend my sister was in town from Seattle. We had a wonderful time and although we did manage to do some fun things such as drink at familiar bars, go bowling and go to a concert, we somehow ended up getting take-out and watching Gilmore Girls non-stop. I forgot how much I love that show and how much I miss it. I also forgot just how gorgeous Alexis Bledel is. It is a sin to have such beautiful eyes. I also forgot how much I relate to her character, Rory. The sweet, nice girl that nobody expects to do "bad" things such as dump the nice boy for the James Dean-rebel type or to sleep with her married ex-boyfriend. This post is for all the girls out there who can also relate to Rory, remember that life is too short to always make the sweet, nice girl choices. Sometimes, we have to live a little even if it means doing something out of character.

I'm always drawn to the relationship articles featured in MSN; some are simple and charming but mostly they're so generic it's amusing. Yesterday I read an article written by an actor, Gabriel on his view about dating women who had plastic surgery and why they weren't his preference.
Every website and or magazine as of late that has featured model Petra Nemcova's new do has just proclaimed absolute hate for the change.

I wanted to introduce myself to you oh beautiful garments since we'll be seeing a lot of each other in the next few months. Actually, you'll be seeing a lot of my hard earned money coming your way. *Sigh* Perfection.
Look at this poster for the new Woody Allen movie, Vicky Christina Barcelona. Isn't it just exquisite! It probably doesn't hurt that it features 3 very good-looking people.
There's nothing better than watching TV and catching a commercial with a delightful and familiar tune. This afternoon as I was catching up on my e-mail and such, a Target commercial came on and the background song was More where that came from by the magnificent Dolly Parton.
This past Saturday I had the chance to baby-sit two beautiful little girls as a favor for a friend. They introduced me to shows and movies that-well let me just say, I would only watch again if a gun was pointed to my head (High School Musical, anyone?). At one point during the day, the youngest child, Ava who is 3 years old looked up at me and said "Dennise, you have fat legs". I was taken aback at first because she is so little but then I laughed it off and went on with whatever was going on.
